Refund Policy
The promise, in one paragraph
Every Gumitide order is covered for 60 days from the day it is delivered. If you are not happy, for any reason or no reason, you send the bottles back and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Empty bottles count. There are no restocking fees, no store credit substitutes, and no requirement to explain yourself.
The three steps
- Start it by email. Write to support@buygumitide.com with your order number any time within 60 days of delivery. Within 1 business day you will receive your return confirmation number and the return address.
- Mail the bottles back. All bottles from the order, in whatever state they are in. Use any carrier with tracking and keep the receipt. Return postage is the one cost that is yours.
- Receive the refund. Within 5 to 10 business days of your return arriving, the full purchase price goes back to the card you paid with. Banks sometimes add a few days on their end.
The edges, spelled out
The 60-day window is measured from the carrier's recorded delivery date, not the order date, so transit time never eats your guarantee. Original shipping fees on the 2-bottle pack are part of the purchase price and are refunded too. Returns that arrive without a confirmation number can take longer to match to your order, which is why step one is email first. Packages lost on the way back to us are covered by your drop-off receipt: show us the tracking and we treat it as received.
Damaged or wrong items
If your pack arrives damaged or incorrect, that is on us, not on your guarantee. Email a photo within 30 days and we reship or refund immediately; no return mail needed in most cases.
