The unglamorous pages matter most. Here is exactly how yours works.

Delivery, step by step

You order. Checkout is encrypted, the charge is one-time, and your confirmation email arrives within minutes.
We pack. Orders placed before 2pm Central on a business day leave our U.S. warehouse within 1 business day.
You track. A tracking link lands in your inbox within 24 hours of the pack leaving. Typical U.S. transit is 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping is free on the 3 and 6 bottle packs. The 2-bottle pack carries a standard fee shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO boxes.

Running late? Carriers wobble sometimes. If your tracking has not moved for 4 business days, email orders@buygumitide.com and we chase it. Lost or damaged packages are reshipped or refunded, your choice; a quick photo helps for damage claims.

Returns under the 60-day guarantee

Email us. Write to support@buygumitide.com with your order number any time within 60 days of delivery. You will have a return confirmation and address within 1 business day.
Send the bottles back. All of them, full, part-used, or empty. Keep your drop-off receipt with tracking.
Get your money. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return arriving.

The fine print lives on one page, written in plain English: the refund policy. There are no restocking fees. Return postage is the one cost we ask you to cover.
