The short of it

We collect the minimum needed to sell you gummies and support you afterward. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

What we collect and why

When you order, we receive your name, shipping address, email, and phone number so we can deliver your pack and reach you about it. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection; they never touch our servers and we cannot see them. When you email support, we keep the thread so we do not make you repeat yourself.

Like most sites, we use basic analytics cookies to understand which pages help visitors and which confuse them. These do not identify you personally, and you can block cookies in your browser without breaking your ability to order.

Who touches your data

Three kinds of companies, each on a need-to-know basis: our payment processor (to charge your card), our fulfillment and shipping partners (to deliver your pack), and our email provider (to send confirmations and tracking). Each is bound to use your data only for that job. Beyond those, we disclose information only if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and fraud purposes. One email to support@buygumitide.com does it. Marketing emails, when we send them at all, carry a one-click unsubscribe that works the first time.
